Warehouse space is back in demand in New Jersey.
As the industrial real estate market ramps up in the northern and central regions of the state, vacancy rates are falling, rental prices are climbing and new construction is being snapped up. Industry experts attribute the growth to a rebounding economy, as well as a push for quicker home delivery and businesses relocating across the Hudson River because of the residential construction boom in New York City.
